定瀲 (廉染 fanqie. The Kaosheng says: “When water is shallow and clear, it is called 瀲 [liǎn].” This refers to the mind being vigilant, sincere, and cautious, like rippling water, termed 定瀲. The Gujin zhengzi gives it with the radical 水 and phonetic 斂).
