椽杙(上長攣反韻詮云所以稱屋也從木彖聲下音翼爾雅杙劉也𢴠也郭璞注云橛也從木弋聲)。
椽杙 ('rafters and stakes'; the first character has the fanqie chang + luan [chuán]. The Yunquan says: 'That by which a house is supported.' It takes 木 as radical and 彖 as phonetic. The second character is pronounced yi [yì]. The Erya says: 'Yi means to fell; to strike.' Guo Pu's commentary says: 'A stake.' It takes 木 as radical and 弋 as phonetic).
