癭尰 (for the first character, *'y[īng] + *[y]ǐng [yǐng]; for the second, *sh[í] + *[r]ǒng [zhǒng]; the Wenzi jilüe says: "A goitre (癭) is swelling of the neck, an illness formed by the knotting of wind and water qi; 尰 also means swelling of the head; it is also written as 種, deriving from 𡕥 with 重 for phonetic; 冗 is pronounced *r[ù] + *[zh]ǒng [rǒng]").
