握槧（上厄學反集訓云握持也下慙敢反釋名云書契槧版之長三尺者也說文牘獛也從木斬聲）。

握槧 Grasp the writing tablet (the first character is pronounced [in fanqie] 厄 + 學; the Jixun says: "握 means to hold." The second character is pronounced [in fanqie] 慙 + 敢; the Shiming says: "Writing tablets and wooden slips that are three feet in length." The Shuowen says: "A slip of wood for writing; formed with 'wood' (木) as semantic and 斬 as phonetic").
