澙鹵（上音昔鹻鹵之地而又墊溼也說文單作舃意義如上是舃履字非此用下音魯考聲鹵鹹地也西方曰鹵象形字也）。

澙鹵 (The first character is pronounced 昔: saline-alkali land that is also sunken and soggy. The Shuowen writes it simply as 舃, with the same meaning as above; the 舃 of 'shoes' is not used here. The second character is pronounced 魯. The Kaosheng states: '鹵 is salty land; in the western regions it is called 鹵.' It is a pictograph: saline marshland).
