𣨙凍 (famished and frozen: the first character is wei3 [to entrust] + wei2 [to act] fanqie. The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Wei (𣨙) means sickness [from hunger].' It takes 歹 as radical and wei3 as phonetic. The lower character is dong1 [east] + nong4 [to play] fanqie. The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Dong (凍) is ice.' It takes 冫, pronounced bing1, as radical and dong1 as phonetic).
