蕙芷（上音惠下音止郭注山海經蕙香草也又白芷一名白[卄/((厂-一)*臣*〡)]也古今正字並從艸惠止俱聲）。

蕙芷 (the upper character is pronounced hui; the lower character is pronounced zhi. Guo's commentary to the Shanhaijing says: "Hui is a fragrant herb." Furthermore, baizhi [Dahurian angelica] is also named bai[卄/((厂-一)*臣*〡)]. The Gujin zhengzi states both are composed of 艸 [grass] with 惠 and 止 phonetic.)
