勞擾（饒沼反廣雅云擾亂也說文云煩也從手[一/自/(止*(廾-一)*巳)/八/ㄆ]聲論文從憂擾俗字[一/自/(止*(廾-一)*巳)/八/ㄆ]音奴刀反）。

Toil and disturbance (擾, fanqie: 饒沼): The Guangya says, '擾 means disorder.' The Shuowen jiezi says it means vexation; it is formed from 手 with [一/自/(止*(廾-一)*巳)/八/ㄆ] as phonetic. The treatise text writes it with 憂 as 擾, a popular form; [一/自/(止*(廾-一)*巳)/八/ㄆ] has the fanqie 奴刀).
