辛羴（弍延反周禮云冬冝鮮羽膳膏羴說文云臭也正從三羊論作此羶俗字）。

Pungent and rank [辛羴] (弍 [read 二] plus 延 fanqie. The *Zhouli* states: "In winter it is fitting to use fresh feathered fowl, and the lard-fat prepared should be mutton-rank [羴]." The *Shuowen* states: "It means foul-smelling; correctly written with three 'sheep' [羊]." In the treatise, it is written as 羶, which is a vulgar character).
