傀偉（上古回反下韋鬼反埤蒼云傀偉奇大皃集訓云傀壯大也盛也又云偉者有奇異之美也說文傀偉二字並從人鬼韋皆聲也圖記從玉作璝玉名也非此用也）。

傀偉 (the upper character is gu and hui in fanqie; the lower character is wei and gui in fanqie. The Picang says: "傀偉 means an extraordinarily large appearance." The Jixun says: "傀 means robust and large; grand." It also says: "偉 means possessing extraordinary beauty." The Shuowen states that both characters 傀 and 偉 are composed of 人 [person] with 鬼 and 韋 phonetic. The Tuji writes it with 玉 [jade] as 璝, which is the name of a jade and not appropriate here.)
