坐歭（持里反顧野王云峙止不前也說文云歭行步不前進也論文從山作峙誤也說文從止寺聲）。

Hesitating and halting (坐歭; [歭 is] chi-li fan; Gu Yewang says: 'Zhi means stopping and not advancing.' The Shuowen says: 'Zhi means walking but not stepping forward.' In the treatise it is written with the 'mountain' radical as 峙, which is an error. The Shuowen gives it with the radical zhi and phonetic si).
