昏墊 (The second character has the fanqie [ding + nian] 丁念. Kong's commentary to the Shangshu states: "The common people were submerged in despair and overwhelmed by flood disasters." The Kaosheng states: "墊 means to sink downward." The Gujin zhengzi states: "It takes its components from 執 and 土 [earth].")
