攘臂 (The first character has the fanqie [ru + yang] 汝羊. The Kaosheng states: "攘 means to resist and fend off." The Yupian states: "Rolling up one's sleeves to expose the arm is called 攘, which denotes an aroused spirit and brave fury." The Shuowen states: "It takes its component from 手 [hand] and ‹襄› as its phonetic.")
