𨃟𨀢 (The first character is pronounced like 盤; the second character has the fanqie [san + lan] 散蘭. The Kaosheng states: "To halt and make no forward progress." The Gujin zhengzi states: "Both characters take their component from 足 [foot], with ‹般› and ‹𠕋› respectively serving as their phonetics.")
