息煨（下烏回反司馬彪注莊子云煨𱫮也孝經序云皆煨燼之末是也廣雅煨熅也說文從火畏聲𱫮悉胤熅蔚運反）。

Extinguished embers (息煨: the second [character] is *wu-hui* [w- + -ēi = wēi] in fanqie; Sima Biao’s commentary on Zhuangzi says: “煨 means embers (𱫮).” The Preface to the Classic of Filial Piety says: “All became the remnants of ashes and embers (煨燼)”; this is it. The Guangya says: “煨 means warm embers (熅).” The Shuowen says: “Categorized under 'fire' with 畏 as phonetic; 𱫮 is *xi-yin* [x- + -ìn = xìn]; 熅 is *wei-yun* [w- + -ùn = yùn] in fanqie”).
