[言*(网-ㄨ)]乎（上武倣反考聲云[言*(网-ㄨ)]以言欺誣人也說文從冂葵營反下象冈交之文誣音巫名也）。

罔乎 (The upper [character] is wu + fang [wǎng]. The Kaosheng says: "罔 means to deceive and falsely accuse others with words." The Shuowen [notes that it] derives from 冂, kui + ying [jiōng], while the bottom represents the intersecting pattern of a net (gǎng); 誣 is pronounced like the character 巫.)
