嫉妬（上音疾考聲云嫉妬也王逸注楚辭云嫉害也古今正字云害賢曰嫉害色曰妬從女疾聲下都故反）。

Jealous and envious (嫉妬; the first character has the sound 疾. The Kaosheng says: "嫉 means envious." Wang Yi's commentary to the Chuci says: "嫉 means to harm." The Gujin zhengzi says: "Harming the worthy is called 嫉; being jealous of beauty is called 妬. It takes the radical 女 with 疾 as phonetic." The second character is pronounced with the fanqie 都故).
