大椿（黜倫反考聲云椿木名也莊子云大椿神木也八百歲為一春八百歲為一秋借以為喻興也）。

Great cedar (大椿: [the second character is] *chu-lun* [ch- + -ūn = chūn] in fanqie; the Kaosheng says: “椿 is the name of a tree.” Zhuangzi says: “The great cedar is a divine tree, taking eight hundred years as one spring, and eight hundred years as one autumn.” It is borrowed here as a metaphor to evoke longevity).
