洊雷（上前薦反周易云洊雷震王弼云洊重也說文作瀳從水薦聲亦作荐）。

洊雷 Repeated thunder: the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 前 + 薦. The Book of Changes (Zhouyi) says: 'Repeated thunder shakes.' Wang Bi says: '洊 (jiàn) means repeated.' The Shuowen writes it as 瀳, taking the water radical and 薦 for phonetic; it is also written as 荐.
