惄焉（上寧歷反正體字也毛詩傳云惄愁也思也說文云憂也從心叔聲）。

惄焉 Sorrows: the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 寧 + 歷; it is the standard character. The Mao Commentary to the Classic of Poetry says: '惄 (nì) means sorrow; it means longing.' The Shuowen says: 'Grief.' It takes the heart radical (心) and 叔 for phonetic.
