邃鍵（上雖翠反說文云𨗉深也從穴遂聲下乾偃反周禮司門掌受管鍵以啟閉國門鄭眾云鍵壯也方言謂籥為鍵說文從金建聲）。

邃鍵 (The upper character is pronounced 雖 + 翠 fanqie. The *Shuowen* says: "𨗉 means profound." It has the cave classifier [穴] and is phonetic in 遂. The lower character is pronounced 乾 + 偃 fanqie. The *Zhouli* states that the Gate Warden takes charge of receiving keys to open and close the state gates. Zheng Zhong says: "鍵 means sturdy." The *Fangyan* calls a lock-pin a 鍵.
