滬瀆（上胡古反下同木反郭璞注山海經及河圖蒼頡篇等云黃帝南登湯虛山臨干玄滬靈龜負書即此水也古今正字從水扈聲）。

滬瀆 (Hudu: the first is fanqie 胡古; the second has the same sound as 木 [mu]. Guo Pu's commentaries on the Shanhaijing, Hetu, Cang Jie pian, etc., say: 'The Yellow Emperor ascended Mount Tangxu in the south and overlooked the Xuanhu; a divine tortoise carrying a script emerged here—this is that water.' Gujin zhengzi: 'It takes 水 [water] as semantic and 扈 as phonetic').
