邈爾（上尨剝反下音爾王逸注楚辭云邈邈遠也古今正字從辵貌聲經作貌草名非也）。

邈爾 [Distant and remote] (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie 尨剝. The lower character is pronounced 爾. Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: '邈邈 means far-off.' The Gujin zhengzi states: It takes 辵 [walk] as semantic classifier and 貌 as phonetic. The canonical text wrote it as 貌, which is the name of a herb and incorrect).
