亟涉（欺吏反爾雅亟數也音朔又音兢力反說文從二從人從口從又又音手也言人君天地之間口手為亟）。

Constantly traversing (亟涉: qī-lì fan. The Erya states that jí means frequently; pronounced shuò. It is also pronounced jīng-lì fan. The Shuowen [jiezi] states it is composed of èr [二], rén [人], kǒu [口], and yòu [又]; yòu also means hand. It means that between heaven and earth, a ruler's mouth and hand act with urgency).
