憓流（上音惠毛詩傳云惠愛也考聲云慈也仁也詩文義同從心惠聲古文作惠從芔惠音上緝反）。

憓流 (The upper character has the sound 惠. The commentary to the *Mao Commentary to the Odes* says: "惠 means to love." The *Kaosheng* says: "Compassion; benevolence." The text of the *Odes* has the same meaning. It takes the heart classifier [心] and is phonetic in 惠. In ancient script it is written 惠, taking 芔; 惠 is pronounced with the fanqie sound 上 + 緝).
