猖言（上敞商反莊子云猖狂妄行也案猖言者如猖狂之人揚言酒肆中不足信也古今正字從犬昌聲敞音昌掌反）。

猖言 (The upper character is pronounced 敞 + 商 fanqie. *Zhuangzi* says: "Rambling and unrestrained in reckless action." Note: 猖言 refers to reckless talk like that of a madman shouting in a tavern, unworthy of trust. The *Gujin zhengzi* states it takes the dog classifier [犬] and is phonetic in 昌; 敞 is pronounced 昌 + 掌 fanqie).
