Qianlong (汧隴: the first character has the fanqie 遺 + 賢. Ban Gu's Rhapsody on the Western Capital says: "The Qian River bubbles up to its west." The Gujin zhengzi says that the Qian is the name of a river rising in Youfufeng; Qian is also the name of a county; it flows northwest into the Wei River. It takes 水 as semantic classifier and 幵 as phonetic component; 幵 has the same sound as above).
