紕僻（上匹彌反禮記云一物紕繆民不得其𣦸鄭注云紕錯也說文從糸比聲糸音覔下娉壁反鄭箋毛詩云僻謂邪僻也顧野王云僻謂為事枉不中理也說文僻避也從人辟聲也）。

紕僻 (Flawed and perverse): The first character is read fanqie *p[ǐ]-[m]í* [pī]. The *Liji* states: 'If a single matter is erroneous, the people will not obtain their proper end.' Zheng's commentary states: '紕 (*pī*) means mistaken.' The *Shuowen jiezi* states: 'It is classified under the radical *mì* (silk) with *bǐ* (比) phonetic.' 糸 is pronounced *mì*. The second character is read fanqie *p[īng]-[b]ì* [pì]. Zheng's commentary on the *Mao Poetry* states: '僻 (*pì*) means crooked and perverse.' Gu Yewang states: '僻 means acting crookedly without accord to principle.' The *Shuowen jiezi* states: '僻 means to evade; it is classified under the radical *rén* (person) with *bì* (辟) phonetic.'
