雒邑（郎各反劉向典略云漢朝火德王為水𱡧𱡧能剋火故去水而加隹）。

雒邑 [Luòyì] (The fanqie is lang + ge. Liu Xiang's Dianlüe says: 'The Han dynasty ruled by the virtue of Fire; as water was deemed a threat capable of overcoming Fire, the water radical was removed and replaced with 隹 [short-tailed bird]').
