不悛（下取宣反孔注尚書云悛改也說文悛上也從心夋聲夋音七旬反）。

不悛 [bùquān] (The second character has the fanqie qu + xuan. Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: 'Quān means to reform.' The Shuowen says: 'Quān means to advance upward. It has the radical 心 (heart) and qun as phonetic.' 夋 has the fanqie qi + xun).
