兩髀（古文作䠋同蒲米反說文股外也北人行此音又方爾反江南行此音經文從肉作䏶俗字）。

Both thighs (兩髀; the ancient character is written as 䠋, the same; fanqie p- [蒲] + -m- [米]; Shuowen: "The outside of the thigh"; northerners use this pronunciation; also fanqie f- [方] + -’e- [爾], which southerners use; sūtra texts write it with the flesh radical as 䏶, a vulgar character).
