娛樂（字詁古文虞今作娛同牛俱反下力各反字林娛亦樂也白虎通曰虞樂言天下之民皆有樂也釋名云虞樂言神還樂也）。

娛樂 [recreation and joy]: The Zigu states that the ancient form was 虞, which is now written 娛, both [pronounced with the] fanqie 牛俱 (yú). The second character has the fanqie 力各 (lè). The Zilin says: "娛 also means pleasure (樂)." The Baihu tong says: "虞 means joy; it means that all the common people under heaven have joy." The Shiming says: "虞 means joy; it means the spirits return to joy."
