扶蓉（又作芙同附俱反下庾鍾反說文扶蕖花未發者萏𧂄花已發開者為扶蓉其實曰花萏音胡感反𧂄徒感反）。

扶蓉 [lotus / hibiscus]: Also written 芙, [pronounced with the] fanqie 附俱 (fú). The second character has the fanqie 庾鍾 (róng). The Shuowen jiezi says: "The unbloomed flower of the furong is called danxie (萏𧂄); the flower that has already bloomed open is furong (扶蓉); its fruit is called lotus fruit." 萏 is pronounced with the fanqie 胡感 (hàn); 𧂄 has the fanqie 徒感 (dàn).
