嵩高（又作菘同思隆反爾雅山大而高曰嵩今中岳嵩高並依此名）。

嵩高 [Mount Song]: Also written 菘; [pronounced with the] fanqie 思隆 (sōng). The Erya says: "A mountain that is great and lofty is called 嵩." Today Mount Songgao, the Central Peak, is named according to this.
