至奏（子陋反奏進也為也明度經云三拔致此言發趣也經有作跋同蒲沬反也）。

至奏 (arrived and progressed: fanqie 子陋 [zòu]; 奏 means to advance, to do. The Mingdu jing says '三拔致' [saṃpatti], which means to set out. Scriptures also write 跋, with the same fanqie 蒲沬 [bèi]).
