道撿（居儼反謂以道撿心故言道撿大品經云若入聲聞正位是也蒼頡篇撿法度亦攝也）。
Daojian (道撿, fanqie 居儼 [j/yan]). It means regulating the mind by the Way, hence called daojian. The Dapin jing says: 'If one enters the right status of a śrāvaka,' which is this. The Cang Jie pian says: 'Jian means standard of law; it also means to restrain.'
