髣髴 [Seemingly indistinct] (The first character has the fanqie fáng + wǎng. The second character has the fanqie fēn + wù, and is also pronounced with the fanqie fāng + wèi. Ancient and modern characters; *fangfu* means that what is heard or seen is not clear or distinct. Formed with the 'hair' radical 髟 as phono-semantic characters.
