賑貧 (the first character is pronounced zhèn; also pronounced zhēn; the Renji xun says: '賑 means wealth.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'To rescue.' Composed with the cowrie radical and chén as the phonetic; also written as 振, which is acceptable).
