發軔 [setting off / removing the wheel-chock] (The second character is pronounced like 刃 [rèn]. Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: 'The wooden chock that blocks the wheel.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Wood that stops a carriage; it derives from 車 [chariot] with 刃 as phonetic').
