濩落 [vast and expansive / grandiose] (The first character is pronounced with the fanqie 黃郭 [huò]; the second character is pronounced like 洛 [luò]. The Kaosheng says: '濩落 describes the vast appearance of water.' It means the style of that treatise is vast and its statements grandiose).
