勍寇 ("Mighty bandits": the first character is pronounced 擎 [qíng], meaning possessing much strength. The Shuowen jiezi says it is derived from the strength radical 力 with 京 as phonetic. In transmission texts, writing it with the knife radical as 剠 is incorrect).
