捄拯 (rescuing and saving: the first character is a fanqie of 矩 and 愚 [jǔ]; the Guangya states: '捄 is like standard.' The Shuowen analyzes it as semantic 手 and phonetic 求. The second character is pronounced like 䒱 in the rising tone [zhěng]; the Yupian has it with 廾 as 枡; the Boya states: '[木*廾] means to pull out.' The Guangya states: 'It means to take.'
