含嚼（下匠爵反許叔重注淮南子云嚼咀也廣雅云嚼猶茄也說文云爵也從口𩰥聲爵正𩰥字者也）。

含嚼 'Hold in the mouth and chew' (The second character has the fanqie [匠爵, *dzjak*]. Xu Shuzhong's commentary to the Huainanzi states: '嚼 means to masticate (咀).' The Guangya states: '嚼 is like chewing (茄).' The Shuowen states: 'It means 爵 (to chew); it derives from [the radical] "mouth" and has the sound 𩰥; 爵 is the correct form of 𩰥.').
