嘲謔（上張交反或從口作啁蒼頡篇云嘲調也戲也下香約反郭注爾雅云以言相調戲也形聲字）。

Mockery and jesting (嘲謔: the upper character has the fanqie zhang-jiao [chao]; it is also written with the "mouth" radical [口] as 啁. The Cang Jie pian says: '嘲 means to tease; to banter.' The lower character has the fanqie xiang-yue [xue]. Guo's commentary to the Erya says: 'To tease and banter with words; a phono-semantic character.').
