迴旟（下與徐反韻英云隼旟也畫鷹隼於上取其迅疾也郭注爾雅云剝鳥皮置之竿頭言其勇也韻詮云旟行如鷹隼之疾也說文從𭤨與聲）。

Turning the falcon banner (迴旟: the lower character has the fanqie yu-xu [yú]. The Yunying says: 'A falcon banner; a falcon or hawk is painted upon it to represent swiftness.' Guo's commentary to the Erya says: 'Skinning a bird and placing it atop a pole, signifying its courage.' The Yunquan says: '旟 means traveling swiftly like a hawk or falcon.' The Shuowen says: 'It is derived from the banner radical [𭤨] and phonetic yu [與].').
