止泊 'Anchor and stay' (The fanqie is [膊莫, *bak*]. Wang [Yi]'s commentary to the Chuci states: '泊 means to stop; where one can dwell and halt within waters is called 泊.' It derives from [the radical] 'water' and has the sound 白).
