咄哉（上敦骨反字書云咄叱也蒼頡篇云訶也說文云咄猶相謂也從口出聲）。

咄哉 (the first character has the fanqie dun + gu [duō]; the character books say: "咄 [duō] means to scold." The Cang Jie pian says: "It means to reprimand." The Shuowen says: "咄 [duō] is like addressing one another; it has the mouth radical and chu phonetic.")
