鄜城（上撫無反漢書云鄜城即鄜州也在渭水北也說文從邑𲎋聲𲎋音蒲交反也）。

Fucheng (鄜城: the first character is fanqie fu + wu [fū]. The Hanshu says: "Fucheng is Fuzhou, located north of the Wei River." The Shuowen says: "Formed from [the radical] 邑 (city) with 𲎋 as phonetic; 𲎋 is fanqie pu + jiao [páo]").
