眩曜（上玄練反蒼頡篇云眩視不明也說文從目玄聲下曜從日傳從目非也）。

Dazzling (眩曜: the first character is [pronounced with the fanqie] 玄練 [xuàn]. The Cang Jie pian states: '眩 means sight that is unclear.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'It takes the "eye" radical and 玄 phonetic.' The second character 曜 takes the 'sun' radical; the transmitted text taking the 'eye' radical is incorrect).
