Swirling eddy (旋濄) (the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 宣泫 [xuān + xuàn -> xuán]; the second character is pronounced with the fanqie 烏戈 [wū + gē -> wō]; the Kaosheng says: '濄 refers to swirling flow of water'; the Gujin zhengzi gives it with the water radical (水) and 過 phonetic).
